I became a certified massage therapist early in 1997 in connection to the extensive path of personal growth I set out upon years prior. So even though I hold this practice with a very special and personal regard, my foremost goal is to bring you an experience of truly profound relaxation during the course of your massage while addressing any areas of tension or discomfort.

We're talking about not only melting away the tension you've been holding tight within your muscles, but also bringing a deep calm to the energy around your muscles. And therefore around your organs and cells. And therefore around, well... you as a whole. Something I think most people have been denied for waaaaaaay too long. This is the sole purpose of the massage you will receive with the most tangible results being increased blood flow to your muscles and therefore increased nourishment to the areas which need it most.

There are, however, less tangible benefits that you could experience due simply to my area of personal focus. Years of meditation and an earnest search for personal answers have yielded a kind of connection I never imagined possible to what lies beyond our physical situation. Since 1989 this focus has changed the way I perceive what's going on as well as what is possible. Maintaining this type of connection results in a highly energized, vibrational state. When coupled with the relaxed and receptive state you will enter during your massage, the healing and transformational possibilities are
literally endless.

we'll see a light show or start levitating or anything. Even though there can be very meaningful undercurrents at work beneath the surface, all you're likely to know is some high quality hands are bringing you some high quality relaxation.

Reflexology
point treatmentAs a certified massage therapist, I was given an introduction to reflexology and its use of the many pressure points on the foot to address conditions all through the body. But when I stopped smoking, all sorts of reactions sprang up within my body. Little things started falling apart or getting clogged or just gave up altogether. As these annoying problems proved more and more difficult to remedy, I began to turn to reflexology for answers and I was soon wondering why I never delved fully into this area of therapy before. From lung congestion to endocrine gland imbalances I began to learn of areas on the foot to stimulate in response to the situation. In lieu of the digestive-tract-unfriendly medicines indicated for migraines, I have found consistent application of reflexology provides far more gentle and balanced relief.
If you've searched and have had trouble finding a professional in L.A. knowledgable about the stimulation of reflexology points on the foot, I hope you'll give me a try. I really do feel like people need such an option available to them. I sure have!
