When I see such chaos, turmoil, and fear running rampant around the entire globe, I cannot help my overwhelming
urge to offer something in the way of a hopeful word or peaceful idea. I write this at 2:22 AM on October 10, 2008
as the last remaining shred of my traditional employment situation of the last eight years comes to a definitive end.
Still, despite the fact that I am in a great position of empathy for anyone in this economic climate and face a
very uncertain future in a very uncertain world, there is something that feels a bit arrogant to me about thinking I have
something you need to hear or know.
This is the exact kind of situation when I find it so helpful to be able to tap into the channeling thing. By essentially
shutting down my ego, coming into the one now moment, and receiving whatever words, images or ideas come,
a cornucopia of answers flood in that transcend my brain, my ego, even my own understanding much of the time.
Regardless of how it happens, all I can promise you is that the ideas that follow
are from this place of transcendence.
(Oh, and just for the record, those speed reading courses
might not help out a whole lot here. Part of the way
the true messages of these channelings are revealed is the
careful reading and assimilation of each phrase.)

"I see your outer turmoil and chaos and inner delirium trembling violently against the wall of facts from
the place of your heart's greatest discontent. Allow that which is now unknown to you to be that

That which you are is you in your light, new, shiny armor of truth that knows no evil, no insidious
pacts of your utter demise. You are the light, the love, the way, the one, the being that you know
-- in your REAL, FIRMLY DIRECTED, DEEP-INNER-TRUTH-KNOWING -- you are to be in
your grandest hour. Be that which you are called to be in your grandest hour. You. The one.
THE ONE.
THE LIGHT.
THE HARBOR OF LIGHT THAT BRINGS ALL OTHERS TOWARD IT.
Be you. The "you" you are certain you CAN BE when all is quelled and you are not in fear of your
bank statement, your home, your gasoline, your gym membership, your self as you consider
yourself to be in your body there. Be that "YOU" which you are capable of being. Now. Be the "you"
that demands that you stop, consider carefully, see clearly, and know who you are meant to be
in times of turmoil, strife, restlessness, and inner doubt. Be the YOU that you are meant to be. You.
In your truth. Now. For yourself, for those around you, for those inside your
immediate and outer spheres. Be your grandest idea of yourself now.
And forevermore, really."
