Moore to Consider - Finding Higher Consciousness

Do you ever wish someone would just simply put out their hand, maybe look deep into your eyes and assure you -- from a place of knowledge -- that where you are and what you have decided is surrounded by perfection? If, like me, your reply is, "Only every day!" then get ready for that wish to be granted. It has been granted, actually, because you are that knowledgeable source of assurance and foresight.
Among the ideas that I have received over and over since I started channeling is that I am receiving the voice of who I am becoming. This is the "future me" in a sense. This is my infinite self. Whether or not the practice of channeling is something you decide to undertake, the important idea here is that an infinitely wise, ever-expanding "future you" is part of your present reality right this instant. And this infinite part of yourself has a lot of wisdom and inner peace on offer.
The reason I put "future you" and "future me" in quotes is because it can tend to look as though that's the case from the perspective of our physical plane. These aspects of ourselves are actually our most authentic selves this very moment but -- as I have come to understand it -- these aspects will be the way we identify ourselves 100% of the time as we gain more information. One of the gifts of this physical world is our ability to discern how things work in a slower, suspended-animation kind of environment. One of the pitfalls is the tendency to identify with the slowed-down energy that has taken form in conjunction with us, i.e. our bodies. And our cars. And our offices. Even our flowers, trees, and mountaintops.
Identifying with the physical becomes a pitfall when it keeps us from seeing any reason why we would ever want to make conscious contact with anything "out there somewhere". Whether we have a mansion on the hill or spend our days waiting for the next meager handout or live a life somewhere in between, we all have this insatiable place inside that even the most caring partner, friend, or family member can never quite reach. It's a place that only our infinitely wise "future self" can understand clearly and can therefore return to peace.
