Higher Consciousness Becoming
There is someone who knows exactly what decisions and actions are required at this time to ensure a promising future. That someone is you.

I believe in abundance.
I insist on peace. I like feeling comfortable and safe. I also believe
we all have equal access to these
not-as-tangible-as-they-might-seem conditions every single moment that unfolds. Somehow, though, over the last couple of thousand years, things have gotten mixed up, confused, and misinterpreted. It has become a prevalent belief that we are inherently owed a piece of land, the motorized vehicle of our choosing, and instant access to whatever our taste buds kinda feel like they might be in the mood for right now. Abundance is a state of mind and a core realization. In much the same way, peace is a decision, followed by a change in the state of our personal energy field.
In both instances, our outward reality manifests as a product of these conditions.
In other words, the state of our life experience starts with us... personally and privately right here in each of our minds and bodies. Also, realize that it starts now. Please be clear that the process starts now... begins now... isn't necessarily completed to our ultimate hopes and dreams just now but the ball is officially sent rolling in the direction of our choosing. Right now. Based on our outlook, perceptions, and what has been decided.
Certainly anyone like you
who has even gotten this far into this article is no stranger to these ideas. Spiritual and metaphysical bookstores have been filled to overflowing with books centered around creating our experience of life. As the divide between peace and chaos, abundance and lack, wellness and illness becomes more and more dramatic, if there was ever a time to close the books and actually put the create-your-reality principles into practice, it is now.
Right now.
Having been raised in a traditional and unwavering Christian household, I am quite familiar with the belief that the clouds are going to part and Jesus Christ is going to waft down and gather all the "good ones" for transport to an undisclosed patch of joy-filled clouds elsewhere. And never has this belief been as intense as it is today given the undeniable upheaval the world is currently experiencing.
Although it puts quite a bit more responsibility on our shoulders, I'm actually placing my bets that this whole Christ-from-the-clouds concept is best perceived as an analogy. The more time goes on, the more I see the inevitability of our own mental clouds parting thereby enabling us to see clearly that we are that embodiment of Christ we've been waiting to experience. Simply, the time is nigh to become our own Jesus.
The time has been nigh forever now but conditions more than suggest it is now absolutely imperative to our well-being. What "become our own Jesus" means to me is that we no longer look to someone else to rescue us. Not Presidents, not corporations, not instructors, not bosses. Not books, not CD's, not streaming video. Not even holy figures... living or long since ascended. No person, place or thing outside of ourselves is responsible for rescuing us from whatever we feel need to be rescued from. They can greatly assist, but aren't responsible.
All of the aforementioned people, entities, and tools are very valuable and usable and actually quite necessary in helping us to see just how we ourselves each become our own "salvation", our own point of power, and who we essentially look to for knowledge and inspiration. What I have come to understand from my early exposure to the Bible, my voluntary study of "A Course in Miracles" years ago, and eventually through channeling from beyond the physical realm, is that we have actually incarnated into this physical world to specifically become our own savior, our own Christ, our own greatest strength.
Although I do not identify as what one would normally consider to be "a Christian", I am coining the phrase "be our own Jesus" because I actually do believe that the incarnation of Christ was the epitome of flawless decision-making. And flawless courage. And flawless unconditional love. Therefore, instead of bowing in awe before this figure who so brilliantly demonstrated what is possible -- and how it is possible -- I have come to understand it is absolutely vital for each us to at least intend and aspire and set out to demonstrate that same courage and unconditional love and wisdom.
If you look back
at your family tree
,
you will find -- and not all that long ago, either -- that certain determined and courageous members of your gene pool worked to carve out a life. Their migration and building and pioneering laid the groundwork for us to be the slick, college-educated, computer-saavy, conceptualists we are today.
I believe it is personally rewarding to feel gratitude for those whose efforts helped get us where we are. But I also happen to believe things are supposed to get better and better as time goes on. I believe it is actually the natural order of things. Natural order continues to unfold, however, only when all elements receive adequate attention. And appropriate response.
Pioneering and courageous as our forefathers may have been, as human beings they overlooked a few factors necessary to keep things in balance. Sigh not... this isn't an article about global warming. As conspicuous an example as that is, there are even more conspicuous imbalances being kept in place today as if they were fine traditions. Like urban sprawl eating away much needed farm land. An absolute epidemic of credit card addiction and abuse. And who could forget good ol' fashion smog?
Obviously, these are huge, huge issues that are far out of my power or your power to remedy. But if such imbalances aren't addressed by us, who's going to? Matter of fact, ponder for a moment what Jesus would possibly do. I mean for real. Not in the bumper sticker way. As long as the answer is saturated in wisdom, compassion, foresight, and benefit for all, there are no wrong answers. Okay... whatever you believe the answer to be, now go do that.
Improbable?
Impossible? Not feasible? Hmmmm... not the answers I came up with.
Let's compare:
I think it is safe to say that Jesus Christ, being the physical embodiment of universal truth, would first accept and embrace things exactly as they are. In other words, he would come to terms with everything as it stands, skipping completely over the who's-to-blame part and going right to the possible contributions he could make right now toward a more suitable situation. Even if the first effects were felt no further than the end of his nose.
As hilarious as the phrase has become, I suspect Jesus Christ really would choose to ride a bicycle whenever time and conditions allowed. I also think he'd take a plane across the country and drive an SUV if conditions along his destination truly warranted it. My understanding of Jesus' approach to things -- and "A Course in Miracles" will back me up here -- is one of working toward a goal yet opposing nothing.
So what am I
suggesting here?

Well, I'm suggesting Jesus would say what he meant and do what he said. I'm suggesting he would use the recycle bin when possible yet set his sights more intently on using stuff that can be used again and again. I'm suggesting he would pay his bills, live totally within his means, and actually take pleasure in assisting any hosts offering him a place to stay for the night. I'm suggesting he'd plant trees and life-sustaining plants wherever possible. I'm suggesting that in lieu of printed schedules, politically motivated moves, and carefully calculated responses, he'd rely on intuition, his inner compass, and old fashioned common sense. And above all, I am suggesting that any decison or action Jesus Christ took, he would consider the implications on the people standing nearby as well as on the other side of the globe.
What I'm suggesting here is that "being Jesus" means being responsible. Wanting to be responsible. Feeling the joy and inner gratification of being responsible. What I'm suggesting is that it's possible to "be our own Jesus" right now... whatever our understanding... whatever our circumstances.
Yes, Jesus travelled around and brought many miraculous circumstances to fruition. Though we're actually capable of these kinds of manifestations, too -- as we'll explore in an upcoming article -- perhaps there are equally impressive miracles for us to perform. Right where we sit. Right now.
Below is a four and a half minute audio segment of me channeling. Some compelling insights came to light about this whole idea so I hope you'll take some time to listen.
